Tips To Make Recycling Easier

Set Up..bins conveniently within your home to collect your recycling (i.e. under the kitchen sink, in the laundry room, or the garage).

Label.. your bins to ensure the whole family knows what items belong in what bin.

Wash..food containers, cans, etc. Containers should be rinsed empty and dried, with no leftover food residue.

Beak..down boxes and flatten before pick-up day.

Dispose..place your recycling carts at the curb by 7am on your designated collection day.

For any households that do not have their blue recycling cart, these can now be collected from the contractor at no charge. Please call (506) 328-6565 for further details. Businesses can also contact any of the waste/recycling contractors within the region to make arrangements for recycling collections in addition to their garbage collections.
