Waste & Recycling Calendars NEW for 2026! 

• Garbage will be collected EVERY week. 
• Recycling will be collected EVERY OTHER week. 
• New wheeled bins will be delivered to residents in Lakeland Ridges, Woodstock, Hartland, and Carleton North between September-October 2026. 
• New collection calendars are available below and will take effect once the new bins are delivered. Printed copies will be supplied when the new bins arrive. 

Tips to Make Recycling Easier

• Set up bins within your home that are easily accessible to collect your recycling. (i.e. , under the kitchen sink, in the laundry room, or in the garage) 
• Wash food containers, cans, etc. Containers should be rinsed empty and dried, with no leftover food residue. 
• Break down boxes and flatten before pick up day. 
• Place your recycling carts at the curb by 7 am on your designated collection day. 

For any households that do not have a blue recycling cart, these can now be picked up from the contractor at no charge. Please call (506) 328-6565 for details. Businesses can also contact waste/recycling contractors within the region to make arrangements for recycling collections in addition to their garbage collections.
